electric blue weenies

wow.
i still can't decide whether i love it/hate it.
i looked forward to it ever since i caught the trailer.

watchmen. such an amazing movie in so many ways!

the fight scenes with slow-mo scenes at just the right places so that it wasn't corny the least bit at all, the most unusual music that sat so well with the different scenes which creates such an interesting atmosphere, the elaborate sets and costumes etc.

personally i'd say the director rocked.

but the film failed to entertain, really. the complex plot took too long to unfold itself. it got real boring after about an hour. and there were like... 5 times that i thought the movie was gonna end but it didn't.

then again, better longer than shorter with too dense a storyline to let the audience take it all in.

i really want to like the show for how it was directed and filmed but i can't quite, for the sheer boringness. i feel sad for the show 'cause i can't bring myself to like it. :(

in my first ever kinda not really movie review on faux, i rate it 3.7/5.
